The project at Glenbuchat Shooting Lodge in Strathdon, Aberdeenshire was centred around the 14,000 Acre Estate and the 14-bed Lodge. The scope was to bring back the main lodge and estate infrastructure to a modern standard to enable the estate to become a grouse and deer sporting estate for a Royal-linked client.
Gray House was a bespoke residential construction. A new build modernist-style house, with garage and associated external works within a suburban site in St Andrews, Fife.
