A complete upgrade of Montrose Academy Science Laboratory. Works included the complete dismantling and removal of all existing furniture, removal of existing suspended ceiling grid, uplift existing floor coverings, isolation and removal of existing gas supply to furniture and isolation, removal of all electrical works, providing new gas supply to accommodate new room layout and upgraded work stations, upgrading all electrical works which included energy saving ceiling light panels, installing upgraded work stations and storage units throughout and laying new vinyl flooring.
