Pert Bruce is experienced in public contracts and carries out planned and unplanned maintenance works for local authorities, housing associations, and health boards both locally and across most of the North East of Scotland.
We currently fulfill contracts with a number of organisations providing quick, high-quality solutions to unforeseen issues and have the ability to react quickly to any situation with our bases in Montrose and Dundee alongside a large fleet of working vehicles.
We also carry out planned improvements to large-scale residential areas working alongside housing associations and their tenants to ensure little disruption to everyday life.
Pert Bruce also works with loss adjusters and insurance companies to provide necessary fire, flood, and storm damage reinstatements.
