The Construction Team
The skilled operatives employed by Pert Bruce are time-served craftsmen, a number of whom have been with us for 20 years or more. We are committed to registering all our operatives in the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
We are proud to have a very low labour turnover – a reflection of the wage and working agreements and conditions which Pert Bruce commits to with all employees.
We have a strong commitment and ethos to providing quality workmanship and this is further evolved by the regular employment and training of apprentices for all trades and trainees in quantity surveying and project management etc.
Our subcontractors are vetted and approved through our quality assurance system.
