Full refurbishment and fit-out of a 13-unit high-specification residential development. Ashludie House had been an NHS facility for many years until the closure of Ashludie Hospital in around 2010 when it lay empty. As part of the wider residential development, Whiteburn Developments purchased Ashludie House to convert the property into 13 high-specification units comprising flats and apartments.
The project involved overcoming a number of significant structural alterations. Including façade retention on the rear turret wing which was in danger of collapse.
