Located in rural Perthshire this new build residence is sited on the remnants of an existing Victorian grand mansion lost to fire in the 1920’s and sits within the 17 acre formal gardens originally laid down by renowned landscape architect Thomas Mawson.
This luxury build required our site management to coordinate a large design team located across the UK including interiors, lighting, landscape, structural, architectural & period detailing designers to achieve this magnificent new family dwelling.
The challenges our site teams met during the build are evident in the quality of finish both inside and out, but some lie unseen beneath the building in the form of new foundations built within the basement walls & substructure of the former mansion house.
