This project involved the relocation of University of Dundee Electrophysiology laboratory from Ninewells to the University of Dundee School of Life Sciences Wellcome Trust Biocentre building.

The project required refurbishment of an administration & seminar area on the Wellcome Trust Building 1st floor (L2). As such, the existing M&E HVAC & public health services within and supplying these areas required strip out and/or alteration to allow fit out of the space whilst maintaining existing supplies to remain live and limit disruption to other adjacent areas.
