Design & construction of 17 nr 2 bedroom 3 person flats and three town houses for affordable housing, plus associated external works and infrastructure for car parking and access roadways, all carried out on a brownfield site in central Montrose. This project was carried out in conjunction with Angus Council’s ‘Survive & Thrive’ initiative to provide affordable housing for sale.
