Construction of a new operations and maintenance facility for Seagreen Wind Energy to manage the operation of Scotland’s largest offshore wind farm which is due for completion in Q2 2023. The project involved a 900m2 new office construction which repurposed a structural steel frame that had been earmarked for demolition on its original site in Aberdeen.

The project also involved refurbishing and existing warehouse space on the site in Montrose Port to allow maintenance work on the offshore wind turbines by the OEM Vestas Offshore.
