The project at Glenbuchat Shooting Lodge in Strathdon, Aberdeenshire was centred around the 14,000 Acre Estate and the 14-bed Lodge. The scope was to bring back the main lodge and estate infrastructure to a modern standard to enable the estate to become a grouse and deer sporting estate for a Royal-linked client. The estate required new roads, water supplies, electricity connections and a considerable infrastructure just to enable access to the current properties. The project consisted of a 14 Bed Lodge, Head Keepers House (New Build) three number existing derelict cottages and outbuildings to provide accommodation and working units for both gamekeepers, dogs and equipment.
