Pert Bruce Construction

Refurbishments and Restorations

From old shooting lodges to historic castles, Pert Bruce have the direct experience of reinstating a broad range of properties – committing to the highest quality of craftsmanship at all times.

There are many inherent benefits in historic buildings and they are a finite resource to be cherished and protected. Pert Bruce’s North East backyard features a treasure trove of these period buildings – and a raft of renovation opportunities.

Whether the job requires careful stone conservation or the skills of traditional woodworking, our team of in-house tradespeople can be relied upon to apply the best practical knowledge gleaned from the past and present.

Treated correctly, renovated buildings can be inherently sustainable in their design, as they tend to be constructed from natural, locally sourced materials. And internally, traditional homes and commercial premises create robust, adaptable spaces while offering an antidote to high-density living.
