Our Small Works and Maintenance Department undertakes jobs in the following areas: maintenance, renovation, extensions, refurbishment, conservation and general alterations works.
Pert Bruce’s Small Works and Maintenance Division specialise in jobs up to the value of around £500,000 for commercial and domestic clients.
With our vast experience specialising in bespoke projects we wholly appreciate the demands of both budgets and timescales – for all our clients. We operate within a strict cost control focus based on clients’ pre-agreed budget constraints. We will also always ally this financial overview to the best solution for successfully realising your project.
Throughout the process, we instruct regular internal meetings with the Construction and Surveying Team to ensure that your project progresses smoothly. We also communicate regular update reports to you so that you are always fully up to speed with our progress and can raise any concerns, issues or ideas you may have.

We regularly work with clients across the North East of Scotland to complete their small building works.
Refurbishment and improvement works to the Signal Tower Musuem in Arbroath.
Measured term contract to provide civil engineering and general construction to manage both planned and reactive maintenance as well as providing subcontract services for civil works to new capital projects
A full refurbishment of the teaching IT suite including full mechanical & electrical overhauls and new suspended ceilings as well as a full fit out.
