The construction package involved taking the existing Tillypronie House annex buildings, stripping out the internals, and creating a new 10-bedroom fully catered shooting lodge.

The project at Glenbuchat Shooting Lodge in Strathdon, Aberdeenshire was centred around the 14,000 Acre Estate and the 14-bed Lodge. The scope was to bring back the main lodge and estate infrastructure to a modern standard to enable the estate to become a grouse and deer sporting estate for a Royal-linked client.
