Design & Build Contract for construction of 9no. residential, affordable units on the Sunnyside Estate in Montrose, plus associated external works and infrastructure for car parking and roadways.
The project involved the full restoration of the Grade B listed Water Tower on the site of the former Sunnyside Hospital, the building previously provided fresh water for the hospital and associated buildings and is a key building in the wider scheme to repurpose the former NHS site into a major new residential development.
