Our skilled construction workforce is supported by dynamic accounting, HR and administration departments that are well versed in the latest financial control systems and building regulations.
A major strength, both valued and remarked upon, by our clients is the ready access you can expect to have to Pert Bruce’s Directors and Management. Every contract or project has at least one assigned director or manager directly overseeing day to day controls.
Providing this personal accountability is important to us. It ensures that clients are involved and satisfied at every stage of the project – and happy with our end result too.
Our in-house team includes joiners, bricklayers, masons, plasterers, roughcasters as well as wall tilers, concrete workers, drainage and general civil operatives.
We support our tradespeople with ongoing training and our commitment to apprentices and traineeships that provide important local jobs and safeguard specialist skills for future generations.
