COMMERCIAL
Direct control of labour and Quality Assurance means we can target work schedules with confidence. Trades not carried out in-house are sub contracted to companies who are known to us and satisfy our QA evaluations and standards of excellence. As Main Contractors we are involved in commercial, residential and domestic projects including new build, renovation and refurbishment works and general contracting. We actively seek out opportunities for partnering and fast track design and build projects and are keen to promote negotiated tendering agreements with individual clients and Housing Association. |
