A family-founded business, with roots in the local area dating back to 1871, we are renowned for our diverse capabilities, rooted in our commitment to both our chosen marketplace and our loyal, motivated and highly skilled workforce. At any given time our portfolio will contain a roster of work ranging from £25,000 domestic projects all the way up to £4m manor house conversions, with clients ranging from private home owners through to blue-chip industrial companies, architects and market leading developers. This simple risk-spreading strategy has allowed Pert Bruce to navigate the inevitable economic ups and downs that have come and gone during almost 150 years in business. With a workforce of around 100 skilled and semi-skilled members of staff, based in our modern 1.5 acre headquarters in Montrose and an additional office in central Dundee, we are well positioned to provide private and commercial clients with the exact range of skills and services required to meet their objectives.
